New Award L’Orciolo d’Oro 2020: Red Carpet Award
This year the Organisation of L’Orciolo d’Oro has decided to introduce a new award, in order to enhance the best olive oil productions in a prestigious gastronomic context.
Three olive oils will be selected (one fruity, one medium intense and one intense): the best-score olive oils from all the categories (Monovarietal, Extra virgin, Organic, Dop and IGP).
The reward is the opportunity to expose 60 bottles of your olive oil in a renowned restaurant. FLE Food Libations Entertainment will buy the bottles which will be used in the daily composition of fine dishes by the Chefs.

The restaurant Nostrano, owned by the Chef Stefano Ciotti, one Michelin Star, has opened in 2015 in the Pesaro’s seafront. The Chef has worked with the great Romagnol Chefs Angelini and Cammerucci. He was able to improve his training during numerous national and international work experiences in prestigious restaurant, like Don Alfonso in S. Agata sui Due Golfi (Three Michelin Stars), Armani Cafè in Paris, Carducci 76/Vicolo Santa Lucia in Cattolica, where he has obtained one Michelin Star and in the new restaurant Urbino dei Laghi. In 2015 the Chef has opened his restaurant “Nostrano” and in 2017 he has obtained another Michelin Star.
The Restaurant Sadler, one Michelin Star, is located in Street Ascanio Sforza 77 in Milan. It distinguishes for the Starry Chef Claudio Sadler’s interpretation of the Italian haute cuisine. Elegance and modernity are balanced with good taste and lightness. The hospitality and the care of the customer belong to the best italian tradition.
🔹 Al Pont de Ferr
The restaurant, in the Michelin Guide, was founded in 1986 on the basis of a pre-existing old tavern near Naviglio Grande, next to the famous Iron Bridge (Pont de Ferr). The sommelier and passionate entrepreneur Maida Mercuri and restaurateur Licio Mannucci wanted to pay homage to the tradition of taverns, renewing them.
In 2017 Al Pont de Ferr won the special Award “Migliore Proposta al Bicchiere al Ristorante” in the 2018 Gambero Rosso Guide.
